1. Services and Description 

Big lmpact Careers provides premium career services, including Career Strategy Services, Job Application Support, and LinkedIn Optimisation Services. Details about each service are available on our website.

2. Pricing and Payments 

By engaging with Big lmpact Careers,  you acknowledge that fees are charges for highly personalised career consultation services. Our fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Big lmpact Careers is unable to fulfil the agreed upon work due to unforeseen events or technical issues that prevent the completion of the service.

3. Turnaround times 

After receipt of all documents from the client (you), drafts of most documents are in most cases completed within 7 days depending on the level of complexity. Turn around times are provided as a guide only and individual completion times can and may vary. Big lmpact Careers will provide an approximate completion date when engaging with the client (you). Any editing and changes will occur after an initial draft has been provided. All work will be completed in a timely manner except in cases of unforeseen events outside of Big lmpact Careers control. Big lmpact Careers will not be held liable for any delays in service provision.

4. Content Review 

Unless agreed in writing by a member of Big lmpact Careers team, all writing works are considered final and signed off within 14 calendar days of the first draft being sent to the client (you). Big lmpact Careers is happy to work with the client(you) and make changes as necessary. Changes outside of the review period may be subject to additional consultation and/or writing fees.

5. Edits and Changes 

Edits and changes are included at no extra charge for up to 14 calendar days after the first draft is provided to the client (you). Edits and changes do not include producing content that was not agreed during the initial consultation/quote. If a client requires significant reworking of documents, additional fees may apply.

6. Use of cookies 

By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Intellectual Property 

Unless otherwise stated, Big lmpact Careers owns the intellectual property rights of the website and its content. You may view, download, and print material for personal use, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms.

8. User Content 

Any material you submit to our website grant Big lmpact Careers a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content. Your user content must not be illegal or infringe on third-party rights.

9. No Warranties 

Big lmpact Careers provides the website "as is" without any representations or warranties. We do not guarantee constant availability or the accuracy of information on the website.

Big lmpact Careers reserves the right to revise these terms at any time and without prior notice.

You authorise correspondence via email, acknowledging potential data transmission overseas. You are responsible for updating your contact information and securing email access.

14. Disclaimers

Documents provided by Big lmpact Careers are produced based on information provided by the client (you). They do not constitute legal, professional, or commercial advice. Big lmpact Careers disclaims liability for error and omissions, and it is the client's responsibility to ensure accurate information. Big lmpact Careers may engage employees, consultations and sub-coordinators as needed - by engaging in our services, you consent to these practices.
